The Gray Seasons, a documentary filmed over the course of four years, is featured in the 2011 St. Louis Filmmakers Showcase. Director Robert T. Herrera talks about his making of the film, along with John C. Kelley, who created the soundtrack, and Shimmy Gray-Miller, St. Louis University women’s basketball coach. Gray-Miller and her team are the subjects of this emotionally charged film.

A great celebration today at the Delmar Loop in University City, with Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, St. Louis’ own Chuck Berry. An enthusiastic crowd turned out in sweltering July heat to honor the musical legend and admire his larger than life bronze statue by Harry Weber, installed directly across from Blueberry Hill, where the rock and roll icon still performs regularly.
