JAMES COLLUM: Recent Paintings

Recently Joan and I met James Collum and we had a great conversation. James, who is in the process of moving from east to west coast,  was in St. Louis to visit with Jill Downen and Charles Schwall, friends from their art student years at the Kansas City Art Institute. These three images Eden, Specter and Immerse, all in a limited color palette, filled with light effects  make me eager to see more  of Collum’s work.
